PICKUP POLICY

Joker Party Supply offers in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders instead of shipping.

• Pickup Location: 1610 E Olympic Blvd, Los Angele, CA 90021.
• Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday Only, 8 AM - 3:00 PM PST. Saturday pickups are available by appointment only and order must be placed before 1 PM that friday.
• Processing Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will be ready for pickup the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be available for pickup the next business day.
• Notification: You will receive an email or text confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
• Identification Required: Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number when picking up your order.
• Authorized Pickup: If someone else is picking up your order, they must present the order confirmation and a valid ID.
• Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your confirmation. If not picked up within this period, your order may be canceled, and store credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
• No Modifications at Pickup: Orders cannot be modified or changed once they are processed for pickup.
